Mississippi State Mandate
By Mississippi State law, the state mandated information has to be given in person at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled abortion procedure. Therefore, you must call or request an appointment online in advance of the day you would like to schedule having an abortion procedure.
Phone personnel available MON-FRI from 8 to 5 pm, and on SAT from 9 to Noon or use the secured online request form below to request an appointment.
- Mention any problems to our phone personnel or indicate in the comments section on the form below.
- Cancellations — please let us know at least a day in advance by calling.
- Lab work, ultrasounds, and pre-op counseling will be performed 24 hours prior to your abortion.
- Patients traveling great distances should have their pregnancy confirmed before making an appointment.
Minors (under 18 years of age)
Minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent to have an abortion in Mississippi. Call our clinic to get information about this, and about possibly getting this requirement waived by the courts.
