Try and eat a light meal right before coming in for your abortion.  Something like soup or a sandwich in your stomach will help with any nausea you may experience.

• Bring all prescription medications you are currently taking with you to the clinic.

• Bring at least 2 heavy flow maxi pads with you on the day of your appointment.

• Bring a government issued picture ID with birth date on it.

• Minors under the age of 18 must have parental consent to have an abortion.  Call our clinic to get information about this, and about possibly getting this requirement waived by the courts.

• Depending on which medication you choose, you may need to have someone drive you home after the abortion. Our staff will let you know in advance if you are required to have a driver.  In this case, the procedure can’t be performed if you do not have a driver with you.

• Patients may be accompanied by friends or family members. Children are not allowed in the Clinic.

• Payment in full is due at the time of the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. All fees are payable in cash, money order, or major credit cards. Unfortunate, no checks will be accepted. The card owner must be present to sign the sales receipt if a credit card is used.

• Payment will be collected the day of your appointment.

• Please be on time for your appointment, otherwise it may be necessary to reschedule the visit.

• Please bring any necessary medical records with you.

• You will be in the clinic a couple of hours each day.  Please bring a book or some other activity to help pass the time. You may also want to dress warmly as it gets a little chilly inside the clinic.

• There may be protesters outside on the day of your procedure. If there are protesters outside on the day of your procedure, please ignore them and come directly into the clinic. You do not have to stop.

•For security reasons, please do not bring anything larger than a wallet to the clinic. No large purses, bags, or coats.
